MAST Freshman Service Project & Volunteer Work

December 2016 Monmouth County, NJ – Local community involvement is imperative to keep the awareness of veteran PTSD and veteran suicides spreading among our nation. Freshman NJROTC Cadet Shane Learn, who attends the Marine Academy of Science and Technology (MAST), has created a service project to help Unbroken Warriors raise necessary funds to send veterans for PTSD interventions. He is decorating several local businesses’ holiday trees with Unbroken Warrior bracelets and ornaments. Patrons can purchase items from the trees for donations to Unbroken Warriors. NJROTC Cadet Learn is running this collection and he is overseeing signage, replenishment of the ornaments, inventory, and message distribution. His continued dedication to this cause through community service at Unbroken Warriors’ events has been invaluable! If you are interested in making a donation for an Unbroken Warriors item, contact us and we’ll put you in touch NJROTC Cadet Shane Learn.
